ISO Regulaz Council Meeting 10/21/91 Page Ten Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a morion to adopt Resolution No. 91-81. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Resolution No. 91-82, entided; "A resolution of commendation to Patrolman Stephen M. LaBuda for his meritorious service with the U.S. Army in the Persian Gulf War." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-82. Chief Stevens said that Steve was awarded the bronze staz certificate. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None First Reading of Resolution No 91-83, entitled; "A resolution authorizing the acceptance of an informal bid from Progressive Landscaping Design to provide snowplowing for the elderly and disabled residents of Mayfield Village, Ohio, and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Cannen and Council as a Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a aesolution to be read on three separate occasions. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Morion Carried Rules Suspended Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-83. Mr. Basile said he has received quite a few calls from people asking if we will be doing this. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None First Reading of Resolurion No 91-84, entitled; "A resolution awarding a contract to the Akzo Salt Incorporated for the sale to the municipality of road salt on an as needed basis and declaring an emergency."
