<br />? <br />L <br />x+ ' ? <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />-F 10/21/91 <br />PageEleven <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adopt Resolurion No. 91-84. <br />Mr. Amendola said they followed their normal practice of soliciting bids from two other <br />companies; however, they are on strike. He will let Council know as soon as he receives their <br />bids. ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-86, entided; "A resolution granting a special U-6 Use Permit <br />to Mayfield United Metiiodist Church to use certain premises for a Mother's Day Out Program for <br />a period of three (3) years and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolurion to be read on three separate occasions. - <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All - NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-86. <br />Mr. Rinker and Mr. Ramos explained that this is the same ordinance that was discussed about a <br />year ago when they requested a special pemut to operate a day care facility. This was already <br />approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Canied <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolurion No. 91-87, entitled; "A resolurion declaring Trinidad Paving Company <br />as the lowest and best bidder for the purpose of improving the storage area at the Service Center <br />authorizing the Mayor and President of Council to execute a contract with said bidder, rejecting all <br />other bids received and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a <br />Whole. Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-87.
