Pietrafese said he thinks Mayor Cannen and Council should apologize to him for the attack he took at that meeting on October 21. Mr. Rinker asked if Mr. Pietrafese was making a motion to amend the minutes. Mr. Pietrafese said yes. Mr. Flynn seconded the motion.
