,194 Regular Council Meeting 11/18/91 Page Two Mr. Pietrafese said he was not referring to the letter, he was referring to the meeting. He said he thinks Mayor and Council should apologize to him for the attack he took at the meeting on October 21. Mayor Carmen said that what is done at this point is done. The voters have done what they were to do, but the fact remains that Mr. Pietrafese is likely to be sitting in this chair and will likely have to deal with the majority of Council. Mayor Carmen said he hopes that whatever happens with Parkview is for the best. He hopes everyone will work together in the best interest of the community. Mayor Carmen said that amending minutes et cetera is counter productive at this point. The only way the Village will move forwaid at this point is if everyone works together. ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, and NLr. Rinker NAYS: Mr. Pietrafese ABSTAIN: Mrs. Cinco Motion Camed Minutes Approved DEPARTMENT HEAI9 REPORT Mr. Amendola said they are seeking to put an end to leaf collection this Friday. They have other work they must get to. Mr. Patrick said that all Council members should have received an analysis regarding what would happen with the proposed tax abatement. He said a full-blown analysis was faxed to him today. Mr. Rinker said this will be discussed later since it is regarding Rrogressive. Mr. Ramos said for purposes of the audience he would like to ask Council to amend the agenda to include Ordinance No. 91-52 and Resolution IVo. 91-53. Mr. Ramos said there was an update of the pay ordinance and asked if Council will be taking any action in this regard. Council decided to wait on the pay ordinance. Chief Mohr said they have been flushing hydrants. About ten hydrants are out of service and need repaired by Cleveland Water Department. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Boazd met and passed on a single-family dwelling, two additions for decks, a room addition, rejected an antenna, and appgoved a preliminary plan for the C.E.I. building. Boazd of Apneals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for the Board to have met. Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco said they had a request for placement of a headstone for a woman who died in 1952. The headstone will be in place shordy.
