,194 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/18/91 <br />Page Two <br />Mr. Pietrafese said he was not referring to the letter, he was referring to the meeting. He said he <br />thinks Mayor and Council should apologize to him for the attack he took at the meeting on <br />October 21. <br />Mayor Carmen said that what is done at this point is done. The voters have done what they were <br />to do, but the fact remains that Mr. Pietrafese is likely to be sitting in this chair and will likely have <br />to deal with the majority of Council. Mayor Carmen said he hopes that whatever happens with <br />Parkview is for the best. He hopes everyone will work together in the best interest of the <br />community. Mayor Carmen said that amending minutes et cetera is counter productive at this <br />point. Rinker <br />NAYS: Mr. Pietrafese <br />ABSTAIN: Mrs. Cinco Motion Camed <br />Minutes Approved <br />DEPARTMENT HEAI9 REPORT <br />Mr. Amendola said they are seeking to put an end to leaf collection this Friday. They have other <br />work they must get to. <br />Mr. Patrick said that all Council members should have received an analysis regarding what would <br />happen with the proposed tax abatement. He said a full-blown analysis was faxed to him today. <br />Mr. Rinker said this will be discussed later since it is regarding Rrogressive. <br />Mr. Ramos said for purposes of the audience he would like to ask Council to amend the agenda to <br />include Ordinance No. 91-52 and Resolution IVo. 91-53. Mr. Ramos said there was an update of <br />the pay ordinance and asked if Council will be taking any action in this regard. <br />Council decided to wait on the pay ordinance. <br />Chief Mohr said they have been flushing hydrants. About ten hydrants are out of service and need <br />repaired by Cleveland Water Department. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Boazd met and passed on a single-family <br />dwelling, two additions for decks, a room addition, rejected an antenna, and appgoved a <br />preliminary plan for the C.E.I. building. <br />Boazd of Apneals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for the Board to have met. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco said they had a request for placement of a headstone for a woman who died <br />in 1952. The headstone will be in place shordy. <br /> <br /> <br />
