This ordinance will <br />allow him to transfer $618 from the Recreation fund to the Scholarship Fund. <br />First Readinz of Ordinance No 91-51, entided; "An ordinance making findings and <br />determinarions, as pemutted in Sections 3735.65 through 3735.70 of the Ohio Revised Code <br />establishing and describing the boundaries of a"Community Reinvestment Area", setring <br />standards, designating a housing officer to administer the program and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mayor Carmen suggested this ordinance remain on first reading. <br />Mrs. Cinco suggested discussion be held on the area. <br />Discussion was held regarding the location for the Community Reinvestment Area. <br />Mr. Rinker asked that the committee make some recommendation. <br />First Reading of Resolution No 91-88, entitled; "A resolution requesting the Cuyahoga County <br />Treasurer to advance taxes from the proceeds of tax levies for collecrion year 1992, and declaring <br />an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Cannen and Council <br />as a Whole.
