20' 1 <br />- Regular Council Meeting <br />11/18/91 <br />Page Nine <br />Mr. Basile, Mr. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be <br />read on three sepazate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Motion Carrieri <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 91-93. <br />Mr. Amendola said they always buy from both companies to have a back up. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Site Plan Approval - CEI Addition (6670 Beta Drive) <br />Mr. Amendola reported that the plan approval was recommended by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission. The Architectural Review Board gave preliminary approval to the drawings. <br />Mr. Ramos said that Council needs to make a morion granting preliminary approval of the site <br />plan. <br />Mr. Pietrafese, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to grant preliminary approval of the site <br />plan for the CEI addition at 6670 Beta Drive. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said they have started the site work and are ready to do the sewer work. The <br />Village Engineer only inspects work in the right-of-way. The County Sanitary Engineer's Office <br />has inspectors on these jobs at all times. <br />Mr. Flynn recommended we get a written report. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said as far as the site plan is concerned, he sees no problems. The building plans <br />will be submitted and will go through Council for approval. <br />Discussion was held. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Approval Granted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-47, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for current <br />expenses & expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period from 0 1/0 1/91 and ending <br />12/31/91, repealing existing Ordinance No. 91-43 and declaring an emergency. Introduced by <br />Mayor Cartnen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions.
