-Qoo' <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />11/18/91 <br />Page Eight <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-52, entitled; "An ordinance amending Section 1173.07(A)(2) <br />pertaining to the standards and designs for parking facilities in the Motorist Service, Office- <br />Laboratory and Production-Distribution districts and declaring an emergency." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 91-52. <br />Mr. Ramos explained that this ordinance is to ensure there is no conflict in the code. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-53, entided; "Granting Director of Transportation authority to <br />maintain State highways, apply standard longitudinal pavement markings and erect regulatory and <br />warning signs on State highways inside Village Corporation. Giving consent of the Village to the <br />plowing of snow and use of abrasives for ice control under the supervision of the Director of <br />Transportation, State of Ohio." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three sepazate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs.lVlills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None Morion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-53. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None <br />Morion Cairied <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 91-93, entided; "A resolution awarding a contract to Morton <br />International Inc. for the sale to the municipality of road salt on an as needed basis and declaring an <br />. . emergency."
