Regular Council Meeting <br />11/18/91 <br />: Page Seven <br />; Council reconvened at 9:33 p.m. <br />Ohio Department of Transportarion Request for legislation (re maintenance of State highways etc.) <br />Discussion was held about the request. <br />Mayor Carmen asked Mr. Hovancsek to contact the Ohio Department of Transportation to find out <br />more details. <br />Undate - Abatement of Nuisances (Law Director) - There was no discussion about this item. <br /> <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 91-45, entitled; "An ordinance granting an extension to <br />Fisher's Tavern for the purpose of complying with Ordinance No. 85-16 pertaining to signs <br />located on certain property known as 718 S.O.M. Center Road and declaring an emergency." <br />Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/16/91) <br />, Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-45. <br />Mr. Ramos said the last extension expired October 31. He asked if they have made any provisions <br />to changing their signs. They are not in compliance. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: None <br />NAYS: All <br />Motion Not Cairied <br />Ordinance Failed <br />Mayor Carmen said that since the ordinance failed, their extension has been failed. He instructed <br />Mr. Amendola to cite them. <br />Mr. Hovancsek suggested Council pass the ordinance requested by the Ohio Department of <br />Transportarion this evening. <br />Mr. Rinker said we will discuss this item under "New Business". He asked if Council would <br />amend the agenda to include the following: Ordinance No. 91-52, Ordinance No. 91-53, and <br />Resolution No. 91-93. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to amend the agenda to include the above- <br />- mentioned legislation. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended
