2-11 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Special Council Meeting <br />11/21/91 <br />Page Seven <br />Mrs. Cinco said because it might be an incentive; the homes on Ridgebury and Lander could <br />possible use an incentive for rehabilitarion and upda.ring. <br />Mayor Carmen said it was the consensus of the Committee that because of the age of the homes <br />they were prime targets for a Community Reinvestment Area. <br />Eric Brown, Ma, eld Citv School Board President, asked if there were any other restricrions to <br />the landowners except for the opportunity to apply for abatement <br />Mr. Rinker and Mayor Carmen explained they must meet a111aws and ordinances of Mayfield <br />Village.
