215 <br />Special Council Meeting <br />11/26/91 <br />Page T'hree <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a morion to enact Ordinance No. 91-54. <br />Mr. Ramos said the sick-leave buy-out is not included in this ordinance. The only changes <br />from Ordinance No. 91-13 are several corrections to the figures for 1992 salaries, the <br />definition of full-time employee, and something about the mileage. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mr. Amendola asked if asked if this was the final ordinance for 1992. <br />Mr. Rinker said Council srill has to consider the sick leave. <br />Discussion was held on sick leave. <br />?- Lt. Jay said the Finance Departrnent could not tell them how many hours they have. <br />Mr. Ramos said he thought that was taken care of and he will send Council copies of past <br />correspondence relating to that <br />Mr. Femante asked why they couldn't have an ordinance that spells that out. <br />Lt. Jay suggested they resolve the sick leave question so records could be brought up to <br />date. <br />Mr. Rinker suggested that the Finance Committee look at it. <br />Mr. Ramos said he thought it was resolved. He will get the information together. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fenante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills, <br />Mr. Pietrafese, anci Mr. Rinker <br />NAYS: None <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:04 a.m. <br />See other side
