<br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL
<br />Mayfield Village
<br />December 16, 1991
<br />The Council of Mayf'ield Village met in Regulaz Session on Monday, December 16, 1991,
<br />at 8:52 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Mayfield Village Hall following a special
<br />workshop meeting of Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission. Council President
<br />Bruce Rinker presided.
<br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills,
<br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker
<br />Absent: None
<br />Also Present: Mayor Carmen, Mr. Hovancsek, Mr. Patrick, Mr. Ramos,
<br />Sgt. Schutt, and Miss Heath.
<br />Mr. Rinker stated that Chief Mohr had asked to be excused.
<br />OPEN PORTION:
<br />There were no comments.
<br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES:
<br />Special Council Meetiniz - November 13, 1991 - Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile,
<br />made a motion to approve the minutes.
<br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills,
<br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker
<br />NAYS: None Motion Carried
<br />Minutes Approved
<br />Snecial Council Meeting - November 18. 1991- Mr. Basile, seconded by Mrs. Cinco,
<br />made a morion to approve the minutes.
<br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Flynn, Mrs. Mills,
<br />Mr. Pietrafese, and Mr. Rinker
