Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante said Mr. Fixler was talking to him about this ordinance. Since he will not <br />CD be here when this is discussed further, he would like to make a statement. Mr. Ferrante <br />M said he feels the legislation ought to be reviewed before it goes any further. He feels it <br />CO would be impossible for anybody to see a sign placed in the middle of a lot. <br />z Mrs. Cinco said Ordinance No. 94-4 is on first reading. Planning and Zoning will be <br />? looking at it. She does not anticipate seeing it passed before Mr. Ferrante returns. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 94-5, entitled; "An ordinance appropriating funds for <br />current expenses and expenditures of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the period from <br />January 1,1993 and ending December 31,1993."
