54 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/21/94 <br />Page Twenty <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-12, entitled; "A resolution authorizing payment of <br />the Lyndhurst Municipal Court costs fees in the amount of ttiventy thousand one <br />hundred fifty-two and 94/100 dollars. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Stephens, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 94-12. <br />Mr. Busa asked why we are paying the Court all this money. <br />Mr. Brett said the amount is offset by $108,000 in fines for revenues. <br />Mr. Busa expressed that he is in favor of a Mayor's Court. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, Mr. Stephens <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Busa <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-13, entitled; "A resolution authorizing the purchase <br />of the eye witness patrol monitor for an amount not to exceed four thousand six hundred <br />forty-three dollars.
