Council and the Law Director agreed that since the City of Cleveland Water Department owes Mayfield Village money, it does not make sense to send them money. • Beech Hill - Mr. Cappello said they are still north of the creek. Mayor Rinker said we had expected them to be south of the ravine. As often happens, there is an internal discussion between N.E.O.R.S.D. and the contractor. We received word that they had resolved those differences, so Willard is baclc working. However, it, could be anywhere from two to three weeks before they actually start. We are sending out another flyer to tell the residents. 0 U1212er 40 - Mr. Gappello said he spoke to Mr. Merkel last week. He will let us have access to the site to bring a geo-technical engineer out there to look to locate possible soil boring locations and later on this week to stake the limits of the basin. We wanted to give Mr. Merke148 hours notice prior to entering the property. . Wilson Mills Traffic Studv - Mr. Cappello said Mr. Hovancsek wrote a report on that. Mr. Stephens said he has a copy. Mr. Cappello explained the report. Mr. Stephens said he presumes all members of Council will receive copies of the traffic study. He said he called Mr. Al-Lozi today and did not receive a response. Mr. Stephens said for the record he wants to reiterate that we are recommending a traffic light at Joyce and that goes hand in hand with any changes in traffic regulations on Worton Park. Mr. Cappello said that Mr. Hovancsek did state that this was a report of their recommendations, not saying that that was the ultimate solution. • I-271 Detention Basins - Mr. Cappello said O.D.O.T. had agreed that they would do this [place the basins] as an extra cost to the project. Most likely it is in the on ramp/off ramp area.
