146 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />5/16/94 <br />Page Six <br />Mayor Rinker asked Mr. Brett if he had a running tally of what is paid or unpaid. <br />**After this discussion, Mr. Basile said he will change his vote to AYE but he wants to be <br />sure the hole by his neighbor's yard is followed up on. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-20, entitled; "An ordinance amending Sections <br />1157.06(a), Section 1181.01 and Section 1181.07(c) limiting the maximum height of <br />accessory buildings in residential districts, and amending the definition of "Height of <br />Building" in Sections 1113.10 and 1145.01(e). Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. (First Reading 4/18/94.) <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-21, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 505.12 of the Codified Ordinances pertaining to the number of animals <br />permitted and the keeping of same near dwellings." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. (First Reading 4/18/94.) <br />As President Cinco stated earlier, Ordinances No. 94-20 and 94-21 will remain on <br />second reading. <br />,NEW BI3SINE?? `.; <br />Motion to Approve the E=enditure of $2 590 96 for Lease Purchase Agreements for <br />C.R.I.S. Equipment <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $2,590 <br />for the lease purchase agreements for the C.R.I.S. equipment. <br />Mayor Rinker said this is essentially mandatory. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve the expenditure of $3,272 <br />to Radio Communications Specialists for the purchase of UHF/Fire radios and <br />equipment.
