164 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />6/20/94 <br />Page Four <br />Regular Council Meeting - May 16,1994 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and <br />Mr. Stephens <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSTAIN: Mr. Ferrante Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />T??V'1AWA9NX <br />Service - Mr. Amendola said the Service Department has delivered approximately 250 <br />loads of wood chips and leaf mulch to residents. Residents may pick up smaller <br />amounts if they wish. At the present time, they are putting in the drainage system in <br />and around the courts and completing the grading work around the pavilion. The <br />sidewalk inspection will begin this week. They should have preliminary information <br />ready for Council by the July 11 meeting. <br />Building Department - Mr. Samac reported that an addition to Euclid Industries will be <br />coming before the Architectural Review Board and Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />He expects that will be within the next 4-6 weeks. <br />Engineer - Mr. Hovancsek asked Mr. Cappello to report. <br />Mr. Cappello said as far as the Highland/S.O.M. intersection goes, they have started <br />Phase 3(moving traffic northbound on the east side of S.O.M. Center.) Hopefully, they <br />should take about two weeks to complete the paving. The road should be open to two- <br />way traffic in about two weeks. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said the final surface course can go on after traffic is resumed.
