Mr. Schulte questioned the signs <br />at Century 21 and D.O. Summers being on after business hours. Mr. Samac said he has <br />never seen a time and temperature sign that hasn't been on 24 hours a day. The <br />Commission discussed Ordinance No. 94-35 regarding fencing regulations and <br />recommended it go to Council. They recommend that Council approve Ordinance No. <br />94-34 pertaining to permit fees for signs. There will be a Workshop Meeting this <br />Thursday regarding Euclid Industries. <br />Recreation Board - Mrs. Cinco said those minutes will be passed onto Council as they <br />are available. The Race was held last Sunday morning. <br />Uj212e? r 40 - Mr. Cappello said their office is now preparing the information that the <br />Army Corps of Engineers requested. They have solicited EDP Consultants for a <br />proposal on mitigation study and also a conceptual mitigation. He spoke to Mr. <br />Diemert and they plan on composing a letter requesting an extension from the Ohio <br />Public Works Commission. <br />Highland/SOM - Mr. Cappello saicl they will prepare a punch list. Gus had called him <br />today. There are a few things that they want sure that everything is going to be <br />satisfactory. <br />Mrs. Cinco said it is a little bumpy on the north end. <br />Beech Hill - Mrs. Cinco said this item was already discussed. Mr. Cappello said on July <br />15, Steve wrote a letter to Mr. Richard Switalski of N.E.O.R.S.D. requesting that a <br />meeting be held between them, KM&M, Willard Ymprovement, and area residents and <br />Village Officials as soon as possible in regards to the concerns. <br />., ViTiley Park - Mr. Cappello said it is under construction. They started at the low end by <br />the culvert and they are probably about 50-60' done already. He did not get a projected <br />completion from the contractor; he thinks they have 45 days. <br />Motion to Authorize the Expenditure of $2,967 to CT Consultants <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize an expenditure of $2,967 <br />to CT Consultants. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />?
