204 <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />7/18/94 <br />Page Ten <br />Citizen's Advisorv Board - Mrs. Cinco said there will be a meeting this Monday, July 25 <br />at 8 p.m. <br />Commission on Aging - Mr. Busa said a full busload traveled to Wooster for an Ohio <br />Light Opera production and a visit to Everything Rubbermaid. Two trips are <br />scheduled: August 15: tour of Jacobs Field, lunch at Massimo da Milano and a visit to <br />the West Side Market; October 8: lunch at Fisher's Tavern, tour of the new Plain Dealer <br />building and a visit to Miles Market. The Flu Shot Program will be Monday, October 24 <br />from 9 to 11 a.m. <br />Safety and Service - Mr. Fixler said there was no report. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Ferrante said they met this evening and discussed and <br />recommend approval of the following items: <br />1) Expenditure of $2,967 to CT Consultants <br />2) Insyte Consulting - $2,745 <br />3) Resolution 94-34 <br />4) Ordinance No. 94-44 <br />5) Asphalt Repairs -$3,000 (where there were water breaks--we will be reimbursed <br />for this) <br />6) S.C.B.A.'s (we are being reimbursed $3,200 by Willoughby Hills; we are buying <br />two units for them.) <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mr. Fixler said this report was submitted by Mr. Plastine. The <br />month of July is vacation time for the Saturday work crew. Minimal work has been <br />done on the siding where the new windows have been added to the kitchen area. <br />Restoration work will resume next month. The annual Ice Cream Social and Open <br />House will be held on September 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the pavilion at Wiley Park. <br />All are invited to attend. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said they met July 7. They will be introducing "Punt, Pass and <br />Kick". The annual Art Show will be held at Highland Heights Community Center <br />October 14-20. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mrs. Cinco said they did not meet this month; they are <br />incorporated with the Planning and Zoning Workshop Meeting this Thursday.
