l`•, <br />203 <br />Regular Council Meeting . <br />7/18/94 <br />Page Nine <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion that the Regular Council Meeting <br />for August be held on the first Monday (August 1st) rather than on the third Monday. <br />Mrs. Cinco said August 1st will be the Caucus date; they will have a special meeting at <br />the same time. That will be the only meeting unless they find need for an emergency <br />(O meeting. <br />M <br />CO Mr. Diemert said then they can call a special meeting. <br />z ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />C NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />G <br />The Regular Council 1Vleeting for August,1994, will be held August 1st rather than <br />August 18. <br />There were no comments. <br />S'PAIND1N011CQMh?tITT <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker said they had a nice turnout for the July 3 <br />festivities. They hacl gooci response from their volunteers. Any feedback he had on the <br />fireworks--they were excellent. The concession stand was kept busy all night long. We <br />have a picnic coming up August 7. <br />Mary Peto (Chairperson, Activities Committee) said they are working on getting prizes <br />for the picnic. <br />Mayor Rinker said we are looking for volunteers. The picnic is a good positive event, <br />everyone enjoys it and people should make an effort to come. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Samac reported that they met July 14. They heard 4 <br />cases; all of which were approved. <br />Board of A4212eals - Mr. Samac said they did not have a meeting this month as there <br />were no cases for the agenda. <br />Ce? - Mrs. Cinco said on the agenda tonight are two ordinances creating new <br />funds in conjunction with the Union Cemetery and its incorporation into the Village's <br />financial structure. <br />
