Their railroad ties, drainage pipe have been damaged.
Mayor Rinker asked that she itemize these things.

Regular Council Meeting - June 20,1994 - Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a
motion to approve the minutes.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Minutes Approved
Special Council Meeting - july 5,1994 - Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a
motion to approve the minutes.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None Motion Carried
Minutes Approved
Mayor Rinker congratulated and presented a certificate of recognition to Chief Stevens.
Mrs. Cinco said a number of Council people have approached her to see if they could
just have one Council Caucus Meeting in August (August 1st) and postpone (unless
they need a special meeting) for the remainder of the month. Mrs. Cinco asked Mr.
Diemert for his opinion.
Mr. Diemert said he wrote an opinion on July 30,1992. Council must have at least one
regular meeting in each calendar month. It requires it to be on the third Monday of
each month unless otherwise ordered by Council. So that gives you the flexibility of
having it anytime you want.
Mrs. Cirico asked if they need a motion.
Mr. Diemert said that would be appropriate.
