Sidewalk Program - Mr. Amendola said he is still obtaining, through the permanent parcel numbers, the names of the owners of the property. S.C.B.A. Bid Results (Warren Fire Equipment -$13,346) Lt. Porter said he spoke to the Fire Chief Friday right after the bid opening. He is in total agreement with this company. This is also the company who does our annual services. Their recommendation is to accept this bid. Mr. Fixler, seconded by NYr. Basile, made a motion to approve an expenditure of $13,346 to Warren Fire Equipment for the purchase of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus Units (S.C.B.A.). ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Wholesale Builders, Inc. (asphalt work) $3,000 - Mrs. Cinco said this will be reimbursed to us by Cleveiand Division of Water. Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to approve an expenditure of $3,000 to Wholesale Builders, Inc. for asphalt work (resulting from repairs from water breaks). IVir. Basile said there is one at 6761 Metro Park on the north side of the street. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized First Reading of Itesolution No. 94-34, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring the necessity for providing for the payment of street lighting or installation of additional lighting by special assessment of all parcels benefitted." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions.
