She has three pine trees in front of her home. One tree is 30' tall and the <br />first 15' facing the street is ruined because of the trucks coming by. <br />Chief Stevens arrived at 8:33 p.m. <br />Mayor Rinker said he will be setting up a meeting to discuss and determine the types of <br />problems people are encountering. <br />Mrs. Lynch asked what will be happening with the compacting. Other questions <br />include swales, ornamental bushes, ground cover, drain pipe. She also asked about the <br />paving. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Tom Cappello to look back and recall if they were to keep all the dirt <br />that they are removing within the fenced area of the dome. <br />Mrs. Lynch said they are moving the dirt now. <br />Mr. Fixler said he spoke to Mr. Kritzer. As far as the compacting goes, they had to alter <br />fiheir plans because they were having problems with the pipe. <br />Mrs. Lynch said no one has been giving them any straight answers. <br />Mr. Flynn said Council has never really- gotten a clear reading on the original contract. <br />He said we had aslced for backfill of heavy gravel from Seneca north in the swale. He <br />requested the Engineer price the cost and see what happened to that. <br />Mr. Cappello said he believes in the original agreement they required the contractor to <br />put number 12 stones back in the ditch for erosion protection. They will have to bring it <br />back up the way it originally was. <br />Dr. Suit, 935 Beech Hill Road, said he looked at the paper Mr. Flynn gave him and he is <br />not Dr. Yager (that is his ex-husband-in-law.) Dr. Suit said he had a broken hot water <br />tank when he returned from vacation; his basement was flooded. It is leaking not only <br />from the broken hot water tank, but the foundation is leaking. Mr. Kritzer said that <br />when you have your gas and water turned off and they turn it back on, it is very <br />common for a hot water tank to break and to leak. He had to spend about $400 to get a
