221 Special Council Meeting 8/1/94 Page Three Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 94-45 to delete the wording "and Scholarship Fund" from Section One. ROLL CALL: AYES: All (D NAYS: None Motion Carried CY) Ordinance Amended M Q Mrs. Cinco said they already have a scholarship fund and it will remain a z separate scholarship fund; by deleting it from Section One--Council is not C touching it. Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion on the enactment of Ordinance No. ? 9445. Third Reading of Ordinance No. 94-34, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending Section 1181.10(d) of the Codified Ordinances relative to permit fees for the erection of certain signs." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 6/20/94, Second Reading 7/18/94.) Mrs. Cinco said Council has before them this evening an amended version of Ordinance No. 94-34 changing the permit fee from $3.00 to $2.00. (The legislation has a sma112 in brackets (2) at the bottom of the legislation.) Mr. Diemert said Council will need a motion to amend; that would be changing the amount from $3.00 to $2.00 in subparagraph b. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 94-34 as stated.
