233 <br /> <br />co <br />M <br />CO. <br />z <br />? <br />? <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />September 19,1994 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in regular session on Monday, September 19,1994, <br />at eight o'clock p.m. (8:00 p.m.) in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council <br />President Joanne M. Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Buckholtz, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, <br />Mr. Fixler and Mr. Flynn <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Brett, Mr. Cappello, Mr. <br />Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek (8:03 p.m.), Chief Mohr, Mr. Samac, Chief Stevens and Miss <br />Heath. <br />Council President Cinco said they will be out of order on the agenda and asked Council <br />to consider two resolutions (listed last on the agenda) at this time for the convenience of <br />the audience. Mrs. Cinco said after the passage of these resolutions, they will make the <br />presentation to the people present. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-39, entitled; "A resolution of appreciation to the <br />Community Room Renovation Committee and Volunteers." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 94-39. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 94-40, entitled; "A resolution of appreciation to <br />Detective Sergeant David M. Liggett." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 94-40. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted
