Authorization for the Mayor to enter into an agreement with CEI for the <br />placement of ornamental lights in the Aintree Park area for an amount not to <br />exceed $5,000; <br />5. Authorization for the Mayor to pay Wholesale Builders $4,550 for work <br />originally authorized as well as work done in addition to that authorized; <br />6. Authorization for the renewal of a contract with Ameritech for the leasing of <br />pagers for the Village for 1995. (That includes Fire, Police and Service <br />Departments.) <br />7. There was discussion of the ordinance creating the North County Trunk <br />Sewer Project. <br />8. There was discussion of ordinance dealing with the renewal of an agreement <br />with Walter Drane Company for the recodification of the Village's ordinances for <br />1995-97. <br />9. There was discussion of the ordinance adopting a revenue sharing plan <br />between the Village of Mayfield and the Mayfield School District. The committee <br />voted 2-1 to approve that; <br />10. Discussion of depository ordinances. <br />11. Discussion of ordinance putting General Fund Operating Levy renewal on <br />the ballot in May,1995. <br />12. Discussion of ordinance renewing the CRIS contract for 1995. <br />13. Discussion of the resolution authorizing the County Auditor to advance real <br />estate taxes in 1995. <br />14. Discussion of transfer and advances legislation. <br />15. Discussion of temporary appropriations for 1995. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mr. Fixler said Mr. Plastine gave him the following report: The <br />Saturday restoration group is taking the month of December off. On December 2,100 <br />children from Center School visited the Historical House for a guided tour. On December <br />14, the Historical Society held its annual potluck supper. Eighty-five people attended; he <br />understands it was quite good. . <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said they met December 1st. There will be no January 1995 <br />meeting. The Art Show was discussed. T'hey plan to have it at the li.brary next year to see <br />if they can generate more interest and more viewers. Flag football and floor hockey are as <br />successful as ever. New programs will include storytelling with Jan Carlson and possible <br />computer class for Upper Elementary and Science students. They renewed their <br />insurance and have increased their liability.
