207 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />12/19/94 <br />Page Five <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mrs. Cinco said the committee met December 13. They <br />discussed amendments to Section 351.07 of the traffic code, Chapter 1383-- automatic <br />sprinkler system,1381.01--dish antennas; and Section 509--limited hours of delivery and <br />the set back for accessory buildings. Our Building Department is in the process of putting <br />together an ordinance for the Law Director. Council will be copied these as soon as they <br />are ready; to be put on the Caucus agenda. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile said they met December 5. There was nothing on their <br />agenda. - <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said there was no meeting since his previous report. <br />T'here is a meeting coming up this Wednesday. - <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Fixler said they held a meeting last Monday. Just a <br />couple of residents from the Hickory Hill area (who will be affected, by the project) . <br />attended. The project is going to be pushed back to the Spring because the bids were <br />rejected. They will get a letter out to those residents whose lawns will be affected. They <br />will keep going and hopefully will get somewhere in the Spring. <br />Highland /SOM - Mr. Cappello said the project is complete except for some minor <br />striping. Osterland finished last week. - <br />Mrs. Cinco asked if he felt at this time we should finalize that payment. <br />Mr. Cappello said A&J has submitted their final estimate. <br />North County Trunk Sewer - Mr. Cappello reported that plans and specifications shoizld <br />be done by the end of this year or the beginning of January to submit to the County. A <br />meeting was held today with members from the Cuyahoga County Sanitary Engineers <br />Department and representatives from Mayfield Village and Highland Heights and <br />developers in the area. Discussion of the financing was brought up and basically they <br />decided the assessment approach is best way and it shouldn't;cause a problem. Although, <br />County Sanifary Engineer was concerned a little bit about the areawide assessment. The <br />tentative schedule for project is: in January to submit the plans to the County. In <br />February, a resolution of necessity should be prepared. Public Hearing will be held in <br />early May. They would advertise for bids in june, receive the bids and award contract by <br />mid-July. Hopefully, they would start construction by the end of September.
