Regular Council Meeting 1/18/93 Page Three Chief Mohr said the company has allotted an amount of money for training. He recommends several members go there. Regarding driving the iruck back; we brought the Pierce truck back with our people and their salesman on board. Chief Mohr asked Joe Diemert what he suggests--who should bring the truck back. Mr. Diemert said whenever they iransfer the title--if it transfers to us beforehand, it is covered under our policy. Mayor Pietrafese asked what is allocated to bring the vehide back. Chief Mohr said they told him if their representative brings the truclc back we are looking at a cost of about $1,200. If we bring it back, he does not know the cost but would like to research that question. Mayor Pietrafese asked Chief Mohr if he would give he and Council a summary of what is covered and how many people he wants to go, et cetera. Chief Mohr said the cost of instruction is included. STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS: Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the board met and reviewed plans submitted for two additional changes on homes for material use and a room addition. Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said they were not required to meet. Cemetery - Mr. Basile said he has nothing to report at this time. Citizen's Advisory Committee - Mr. Fixler said he has no report. Commission on Aging - Mr. Busa said crafts and cards are continuing to meet alternate Tuesdays. The card group enjoyed lunch and a surprise party for Howard Schulz. Plans are in the works for a trip to the Rain Forest and indoor golf. The employee luncheon will be held February 8. Council and the Mayor are invited. Finance - Mr. Flynn reported the committee met this evening and recommend moving ahead with the following: 1) C.R.I.S. - renewal of contract (Ord. 93-2) 2) Enhanced 9-1-1 (Res. 93-3)
