Regular Council Meeting <br />6/21/93 <br />Page Fifteen <br />g) Public Officials Liability - National Casualty Co. -($4,422 +$150 policy fee <br />_ $4,572) <br />h) Optional Umbrella Coverage - International Insurance Co. -($6,175--to include <br />uninsured motorist over a$1,000,000 limit would be an additional premium <br />of $348 = 6,523) <br />i) Police Liability Insurance - National Casualty Company -(17,510) <br />Mr. Diemert said if Council is of consensus on all the insurance renewals they can make <br />the motion jointly (otherwise they should make separate motions.) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the expenditures (as <br />listed above) for renewal of the insurance policies. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditures Authorized <br />NAYS: None <br />Traffic Control Products - Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to <br />authorize the expenditure of $2,894 to Traffic Control Products for the Signal <br />Maintenance Contract. (The cost to Mayfield Village is $2,033.83) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-29, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing a <br />subscription agreement with the Law Enforcement Television Network." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br /> <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br /> <br />MoEion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-29. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted
