Regular Council Meeting
8/16/93
Page Twenty
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Ordinance Enacted
First Reading of Resolution No. 93-17, entitled; "An emergency resolution declaring a
State of Emergency due to a severe wind storm on july 28,1993.
Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 93-17.
ROLL CALL: AYES: All
NAYS: None
Motion Carried
Resolution Adopted
Delinquent tax collecting - Authorization from R.I.T.A.
Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize the Regional Income Tax
Agency to handle delinquent tax collection for Mayfield Village.
Issue II M12lications
Mr. Hovancsek will provide Mayor Rinker and Council with a list of the projects he
suggested plus those suggested by Mayor Rinker and Council.
Snow Removal Bids
Mrs. Cinco said we will need to go out for bids on this. She asked Mr. Hovancsek and
Mr. Amendola to look at snow removal specifications. This also needs to go into Safety
and Service. Mrs. Cinco said Council could authorize going out for bids at Caucus; she
does not see they need to do this tonight.
Individualized Parking Spots--Handicapped/Visitor
Mrs. Cinco said Mark brought up the parking places. A number of residents have
mentioned that; usually it is re-done when we re-asphalt.
Chief Mohr said he is recommending (since he was given the ADA position and wrote
something up) moving the Council Meeting to the community room. It is accessible and
meets the requirements; there is no way we are going to make this building accessible.
