Regular Council Meeting . <br />8/16/93 <br />Page Seven <br />Mrs. Cinco asked Donna to include these ordinances (93-33, 93-34, 93-35, 93-36) on the <br />next Caucus agenda. - <br />U1212er Forty Detention Basin <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he prepared the, information he had to submit to the appraiser. T'he, <br />appraiser has made an initial appraisal based on the preliminary information we have <br />prior to design. He has forwarded that to Council. I would hope that we take some <br />action because time is running. <br />Mayor Rinker said he has a letter that was mailed by Mr. Peirce. Mr. Peirce has come <br />up with some sizggestions looking to get some additional venues.. I would like you <br />(Steve) to take a look at this and comment upon it. . <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he will be glad to contact him and will do so this week. <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />discussion regarding individualized parking spots in the municipal lot and the lack <br />thereof of handicapped parking spots throughout the municipal parking lot. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Mrs. Cinco said she will put this item (on the agenda) after snow removal. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Progressive Insurance <br />Mayor. Rinker said as a Ward 4 resident he was the recipient of correspondence from <br />Mr. Fixler. He was away on vacation when Progressive submitted some kind of a <br />revised report. Mr. Chokel and Mr. Bloomfield are here to speak to those tonight. My <br />understanding in any prior discussions we have had has been that we are dealing with <br />facts and figures that are still very much up in the air. This is something we have asked <br />Steve Hovancsek to review so he will defer to him for any comment he can provide. <br />Mayor Rinker said his concern is that we coordinate with Highland Heights. Allen <br />Bradley may be moving out and WalMart may be moving in. There is a lot of transition <br />in this area. We have had past experiences where we were not coordinating well with <br />Highland Heights. He met with Mayor Swanson briefly before he went on vacation and
