Regular Council Meeting 9/20/93 ' <br />I'age Sixteen <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 93-35, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1119.09(e) by establishing criteria for the completion of sidewalks in <br />subdivisions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading <br />7/19/93, Second Reading 8/16/93) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-35. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 93-36, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1367.01 of the Codified Ordinances relating to minimum living area for dwelling <br />houses." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 7/19/93, <br />Second Reading 8/16/93) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-36. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he would like Council to consider passing a resolution authorizing <br />Council to move forward and apply for funding for the Worton Park area. Mrs. Cinco <br />said that item is later on the agenda. <br />Motion to a1212rove expenditures incurred as a result of the July 28 storm: <br />. j.T.O., Inc. $2,500 <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to approve an expenditure of <br />$2,500 to J.T.O., Inc. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Approved <br />. P. Suglia Trenching Co. $3,723 <br />Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mrs. Leppla, made a motion to approve an expenditure of <br />$3,723 to P. Suglia Trenching Company.
