Regular Council Meeting 9/20/93 <br />Page Fifteen <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 93-33, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1321.04 of the Codified Ordinances by including an additional section relative to <br />entrances for people into garages." Introduced by Mayor Rinker ancl Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading 7/ 19 / 93, Second Reading 8/ 16 / 93) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-33. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 93-34, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1157.08 relating to permitted fences in residential distr.icts." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 7/19/93, Second Reading <br />8/16/93) <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-34. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this was brought up at Planning and Zoning Thursday night. They <br />asked this particular ordinance be amended in two ways: to amend--not to exceed 6" <br />boards; there was also a request to take out chain link. <br />Several members of Council disagreed with removing chain link. <br />Mayor Rinker said Mr. Amendola said a 6" board is standard board width. <br />Mr. Fixler asked about including the good neighbor policy of having all framing on the <br />inside of the fence as opposed as the outside. <br />Mrs. Cinco read a section currently in our code regarding what Mr. Fixler had <br />questioned. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 93-34 to <br />include "not to exceed 6" board width". <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted
