1VIINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETIl%TG OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />October 13,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Wednesday, October 13,1993, <br />at nine o'clock a.m. (9:00 a.m.) in the Council Chambers at Village Hall. Council <br />President Joanne M. Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Nir. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, <br />and Mrs. Leppla <br />Absent: Mr. Busa <br />Also Present: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Amendola, Mr. Hovancsek (8:07 a.m.), <br />and Miss Heath <br />Mrs. Cinco said they will not be dealing with the N.O.A.C.A. resolution this morning. It <br />will be on the agenda for Monday Night. <br />Mayor Rinker explained that when he talkecl to Steve yesterday, he indicated there were <br />some questions raised and it seemed to make sense not to proceed this morning. They <br />thought it was simply a housekeeping matter. The committee will meet Monday night <br />as well. There are still things that N.O.A.C.A. will accept from us for the scope of the <br />study to make sure it is at least put on record everything we want. <br />Discussion was held about what additional materials Council had received. <br />Mayor Rinker asked Donna to include the original scope of the study and anything that <br />has been generated be included in the Council packets this week. <br />Mrs. Cinco said there is a traffic meeting Monday at 6:30 p.m. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion to amend the agenda to include sealcoating <br />(cracksealing.) <br />Mayor Rinker said Mr. Hovancsek will be here. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />sealcoating (cracksealing.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended
