IZegular Council Meeting <br />10/18/93 <br />Page Two <br />Special Council Meeting - October 4,1993: Mr. Fixler, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a <br />motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />Council as Soard of Appeals - October 4,1993: Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made <br />a motion to approve the minutes. ' <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approveci <br />Special Council Meeting - October 13,1993: Mrs. Leppla, seconded by Mr. Fixler, made <br />a motion to approve the minutes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Minutes Approved <br />COMMENTS FROM MAYOR RINKER: <br />1Vlayor Rinker showed Council and the audience a new form. He said we are trying to <br />work on improving contact between us and the residents. Departanent Heads may <br />complete the form, leaving a message so the home owner knows someone has been by. <br />Mayor Rinker explained we are starting to work on a computer program format for <br />nefworking various departments and he hopes this will be a step in the right direction. <br />COMMENTS FROM COUNCIL PRESIDENT CINCO: <br />Mrs. Cinco said she had no comments. <br />DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS: <br />Mr. Amendola said they have completed 11-1 /2 hours of work hauling out materials <br />that have been chipped. Much of the yard is now open. <br />Mrs. Cinco recognized Dispatcher Debbie Smith in the audience and asked her to come <br />forward. <br />1Vlayor Rinker presented Debbie with a ResoluHon of AppreciaHon. He explained that <br />while working for Bedford, Debbie received an emergency telephone call involving a <br />baby that was having convulsions. Debbie provided the caller with life-saving
