They would like to see the timetable for securing funds <br />and see the Upper 40 project expedited. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils: Mr. Ferrante said there was no meeting; no report. <br />Historical Sociefv: 1VIr. Busa reported the subfloor in the south wing has been <br />completed. Work has begun on the internal walls for the display kitchen and <br />handicapped lavatory. The annual Turkey Raffle will be held on November 20 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Community Room. <br />NI.A.R.C.: Mrs. Cinco said they met November 4. They discussed the art show and are <br />looking into a different spot to attract different audience. They adopted a new Code of <br />Regulations to replace the old M.A.R.C. bylaws. 1VIr. Farmer advised them the pool <br />hours are being shortened to 5:30 and there is a sports injury clinic there. Their next <br />rneeting will be held December 2. <br />Ordinance Review: Mrs. Cinco said they met last week. They would like to change the <br />name of swales to water courses. They hope to finalize the sign and water course <br />ordinances and to submit information to Council for their review and for Planning and <br />Zoning's review. <br />Planning and Zoning: Mr. Basile said they will have a workshop oxa November 18 for a <br />lot split. <br />Recreation: Mrs. Leppla said they met October 20, and they will be meeting this <br />Wednesday. They discussed the drainage at Wiley. They would like to be notified if <br />this item comes up at a Council meeting. Also, Gus is looking into a sprinkler plan. The <br />Halloween Party (and costume contest) was a big success. The Craft Show will be held <br />at the Service Building on November 27. <br />Recreation Silver Anniversarv Committee: Mrs. Mikula said she had no report this <br />month. <br />OLD BUSINESSe <br />Motion to approve the expenditure of $8,092.50 to T.T.O. (pending report and <br />recommendation of Finance Committee): <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by 1VIr. Busa, made a motion to approve the expenditure of <br />$8,902.50 to J.T.O.
