<br />MINUTES OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF COUNCIL <br />Mayfield Village <br />December 6,1993 <br />The Council of Mayfield Village met in Special Session on Monday, December 6,1993, at <br />8:05 p.m. p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Village Hall. Council President Joanne <br />M. Cinco presided. <br />ROLL CALL: Present: Mr. Basile, Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, <br />NIr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn, and Mrs, Leppla <br />Absent: None <br /> <br /> <br />Also Present Were: Mayor Rinker, Mr. Brett, Mr. Diemert, Mr. Hovancsek, <br />and Miss Heath <br />Mrs. Cinco said it was brought to her attention that Council must amend the agenda. <br />Only one item was on the agenda: the revised scope of services for the Wilson Mills <br />Corridor Study--at a cost of $33,000 (to N.O.A.C.A.) Council also needs to consider the <br />underground storage tank law and the liquor permit transfer request. <br />Mayor Rinker said he has a request for Council to make a motion for adjourning into <br />Executive Session to discuss a matter of property. <br />Mrs. Cinco said the motion should be made to include the following items: Revco, <br />U.S.T. (underground storage tanks), eminent domain repeal, and executive session. <br />Mrs. Leppla, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />the above-mentioned items. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />N.O.A.C.A. - Scope of Services Agreement (Wilson Mills Road Corridor) <br />Mrs. Cinco said everyone received a memo from Mayor Rinker. Mrs. Cinco said she <br />needs a motion to go forward with this study by approving the money ($33,000) to <br />N.O.A.C.A. <br />Mayor Rinker introduced Howard Maier, Director of N.O.A.C.A. (in the audience.) He <br />is here to address the automobile tailpipes. If anyone has any questions now, they <br />could probably direct them to Mr. Maier.
