The idea of leaving these on first reading is to give Council an opportunity to
address any questions it has concerning the contracts. Mayor Rinker said he believes
each one of these people has submitted something; if not, this is the opportunity to
submit any requests for changes.
OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. A lot of people have been
asking if it will be mid-February or March [before the Worton Park Sewer Project
begins.] Mr. Buckholtz asked if there is any problem as to when we signed the
contract with the contractor as to how long they have to fulfill this project? Is it 180
days?
