(First Reading 1/29/96; Second <br />Reading 2/19/96.) <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. <br />96-05. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak <br />must first state their name and address. This operi portion is limited to discussion <br />pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />Consideration of A1212eal to Reverse Decision of Board of A1212eals (regarding request <br />by Century 21 for a12ole sign variance at 760G Beta Drivel <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to reverse the decision of the <br />Board of Appeals (regarding the request by Century 21 for a pole sign variance at <br />760G Beta Drive). <br />Council President Fixler asked Council to understand that they are considering an <br />appeal to reverse the decision of the Board of Appeals--an affirmative vote means <br />they are in favor of reversing the decision. The Board of Appeals said the pole sign <br />requested is not in our code.
