Regular Council Meeting. <br />4/15/96 <br />Page 16 <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council <br />requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-18. <br />Mr. Marquardt said as he brought up [during the Finance Committee report] the <br />committee believes the bid should go to the lowest priced bidder.
