<br />Regular Council Meetirig <br />4/15/96 <br />Page 17 <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-19 in <br />title. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />(in title) <br /> <br />L <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 96-09, entitled; "A resolution proclaiming April as Fair <br />Housing Month and Apri125, 1996, as Fair Housing Day." Introduced by Mayor Rinker <br />and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-09. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 96-10, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating <br />Star Bank as a depository for active funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the period of <br />May 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, authorizing a depository agreement with said <br />institution." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-10. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 96-11, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing <br />a supplemental agreement with the Director of Environmental Protection and the Ohio <br />Water Development Authority for an additional low interest loan for the Worton Park <br />Sanitary Sewer Project."
