We try to <br />keep less formal legislation as resolutions although there is no requirement to do so. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 96-18, entitled; "A Resolution of Recognition to <br />Mayfield Regional Library on the occasion of its 25th Anniversary." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-18. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Concession Trailer <br />Mr. Metzung said he brought before Finance Committee a request for a concession <br />trailer. If we want to move forward, we should do so now. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />consideration of a concession trailer. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Mayor Rinker said some of the benefits of a concession trailer are that we can move it <br />and there is storage within it and the unit is self-contained. This is a new unit. <br />Mayor Rinker and Council asked Mr. Metzung to include as part of the contract that it <br />must be delivered by July 6. <br />Mr. Metzung said he will make that request.
