Regular Council Meeting , <br />6/17/96 ' <br />Page 12 <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize an expenditure not to <br />exceed $9,999 to Cargo Carriers for the purchase of a concession trailer. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining <br />to the items under "New Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />CLOSING COMMENTS <br />Mrs. Cinco said she attended last night's CSU meeting and appreciated the way it <br />was handled and the input from Bill Marquardt. <br />Council President Fixler asked about enforcing grass cutting on the former Schulz <br />property. , <br />Mr. Samac said he had spoken with the new owners and they had promised to cut it. <br />They had problems due to the height of the grass and the rain. He will check with <br />them again. <br />Council President Fixler pointed out stains on the ceiling of the community room. <br />The roof was replaced about 3 years ago and should be guaranteecl. He suggested <br />replacing the stained ceiling tiles after the leak is fixed. <br />Council concurred the layout of their new Council tables is good; the tables need to <br />be moved apart just a little so the edges don't 'rub. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adjourn. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.
