Regular Council Meeting September 16, 1996 6 Mr. Samac said he believes the drawing they resubmitted explained their case in a little more detail than what was before the A.R.B. and Board of Appeals. As that land drops off, there would be much more work involved in keeping that foundation up to an elevation for a garage. Dr. Parker said they made a good case for their proposal, they have done everything we have asked them to do, their neighbors are amenable to it and he will support it. Mr. Busa said are we assumuig the Board of Appeals did not have all the information we have. Mayor Rinker said yes and that is noteworthy. We have requested some specifics that we thought the Board of Appeals was concerned about. He believes they ha.ve resolved any questions that may have existed. Council President Fixler entertained a motion to approve the request for a 3' side yard variance for Mr. and Mrs. Ted Lardner at 999 S.O.M. Center Road. Mr. Buckholtz seconded the motion. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Variance Granted Motion to authorize the sale bv the Village of one 1994 Ford Crown Victoria to Cruisers Unlimited in the amount of $6,025.00 Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mfr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the sale by the Village of one 1994 Ford Crown Victoria to Cruisers Unlimited in the amount of $6,025.00.
