This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining to the items under <br />"New Business" only. <br />Mr. Hoeni an said he spent some time talking with the Engineer. They agreed there really is not <br />enough room for the County to put the landscaping on their site. Mr. Hoenigman said if he does not <br />allow them to use his land, he will have something ugly to look at. They will put in shrubs and <br />trees-but he will have to maintain them. He asked what he might do to about getting the "County to <br />buy a portion of his property for an easement for landscaping. <br />M. Diemert said that is something the Village can't get involved in-that -is a private problem. <br />Discussing it with them is about as much leverage as the Village can do by law. <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Chief Stevens asked if Council would amend the agenda to consider approval to advertise for <br />bids for the purchase of three police vehicles.
