Regular Council Meeting <br />October 21, 1996 <br />I'age 11 <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ru1es Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Marquardt, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-36. <br />Roll Call: AYES: AII <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Or-dinance No. 96-37, entitled; "An ordinance requiring all banks and other financial <br />institutions in Mayfield Village providing access to automated teller machine (ATMs) which are <br />located outside of a building or other structure to install surveillance cameras, and have card activated <br />access to 911 and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-37. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 96-22, entitled; "A resolution expressing concern over the proposed changes in the <br />admuustration of the State's Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Marquaxdt, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-22. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted
