Regular Council Meeting <br />11-18-96 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />Roll Call: AYES: Ail <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Canied <br /> <br /> <br />Council went into Executive Session at 8:50 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 9:15 p.m. <br />Council President Fixler asked Council to amend the agenda to include the following 3 items: <br />1) Approval of a lease agreement for the signal towers; <br />2) Legislation for acquisition of the property on Bonnieview <br />3) Discussion regarding police cars. <br />1V1i-. Busa, seconded by ijr. i'arker, made a motion to amend the agenda to inciude tfie three <br />items listed above. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />Lease Agreement for Signal Towers <br />Council President Fixler said we went over this thoroughly in Executive Session. The only <br />missing piece of the puzzle is to finalize an agreement with C.E.I. and we would instruct our <br />Law Director to get that done as soon as possible. <br />First Reading of {3rdinance No. 96-45, <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an ordinance to be <br />read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />I\Rr. Buckholtz, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-45 in title. <br />Note: Since no ordinance title was read and a roll call vote was not taken, Ordinance No. 96-45 was <br />assigned a new number: 97-06. Ordinance No. 97-06 was considered and passed on 1-27-97. <br />Ordinance No. 96-44, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor <br />to enter into an agreement with Cuyahoga County as and for the purchase of the former <br />Bonnieview Pump Station property for an amount not to exceed $150,000.00" Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
