The reason being is we did it specifically at the time as a <br />concept-you are not asking for a variance on idea number 2, so they would not need to come <br />before Council until they were looking for a variance. <br />A gentleman from Sunrise asked-if they shouid-develop tlie final-plans using tliis connection point. <br />Council President Fuxler said they aze at the concept point; come back with their final engineering. <br />Snow Removal Contract Amendments - Mr. Brett said lie wants to make the doii"ar amounts <br />correct in the legislation for Bordonaro and Wencliff. <br />Miss Heath said the Law Director gave her an amended version of the original ordinances 96-42 and <br />96-43 this evening. The original legislation for Wencliff read $5,500; the amount in the amended <br />legislation is $6,500. Bordonaro's legislation read $8,500; the amended legislation reads $9,500. <br />She asked if Council will be amending the previous legislation-or if this legislation should be <br />given new numbers. <br />Amendment of-Ordinance No. 96=42 -1VTr.Marquardt, seconded by iVlr.
