Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Nir. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the ruies of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Ali <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr.1'arker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-49. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Resolution No. 96-26, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating certain financial institutions <br />as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the two (2) year period commencing <br />with January i, 1997; authorizing depository agreements with said institutions." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. ' <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-26. <br />1VIr. Brett said Star Bank is the primary institution. Introduced by Mayor Rinker and <br />Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-27.
