Regular Council Meeting 12-16-96 Page 9 Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted First Reading of Ordinance No. 96-49, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing and directing the Mayor to renew and execute an agreement with the Board of County Commissioners, County of Cuyahoga, and the Cuyahoga Regional information System (CRIS) for the caiendar year 1997." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Nir. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the ruies of Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Ali NAYS: None Motion Carried Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr.1'arker, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-49. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Enacted Resolution No. 96-26, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating certain financial institutions as depositories for interim funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the two (2) year period commencing with January i, 1997; authorizing depository agreements with said institutions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. ' Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-26. 1VIr. Brett said Star Bank is the primary institution. The other institutions are just about anybody that has branch offices in Mayfield or surrounding communities. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Resolution Adopted Resolution No. 96-27, entitled; "An emergency resolution designating the 5tar Bank as a depository for active funds of Mayfield Village, Ohio for the two (2) year period commencing with January 1, 1997; authorizing a depository agreement with said institution." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 96-27.
