They expect to get to Willoughby Hills by June. <br />Chief Mohr said they are putting them up in Pepper Pike now. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said from the meetings he attended, he was not aware that they would remove <br />every last tree. He has noticed they are completely defoliating many areas. <br />Mrs. Roman said clearing was their first step, then they will put in the posts, then they will come <br />back and put up the walls. <br />Mr. Samac said he believes they have already done all the clearing they are going to do in the <br />Village. <br />Mrs. Mills invited everyone to attend the Arbor Day Ceremony on April 30 here (Community <br />Room.) <br />Mrs. Mills asked what we are doing regarding regional planning along S.O.M. Center Road. She <br />asked if Council has thought anymore about it or talked to Mayor Rinker about hiring a regional <br />planner. <br />Council President Marquardt said he will talk to Mayor Rinker. <br />Mrs. Mills asked if action needed taken regarding the correspondence we received from the <br />County Engineer about the culvert over Wilson Mills. <br />Mr. Brett said we discussed this last year; they wanted to go 50-50% and we said not this year. <br />Mrs. Mills said the people are concerned that the stream bed has a lot of debris in it. <br />Mr. Brett asked if we are able to maintain the culvert by D.O. Summers. <br />N9r. Metzung said we cleared that out about 2 years ago. 1V1r. Brett said we could look at it neat year and see if the County will be willing to authorize it. <br />It is not a budget priority this year.
