Regulaz Council Meeting <br />419-99 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />? <br />? <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-17, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating positions <br />and compensation therefore relevant to the Summer Camp Program." Introduced by Mayor <br />Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-17. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 99-05, entitled; "An emergency resolution extending the <br />Special U-6 Use permit to Man's Hair-previously granted to use-certain premises for a business <br />for a period of five (5) years." Introducedby Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring a <br />resolution to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to adopt Resolution.No. 99-05. <br />1VIrs. Mills asked if there have been any problems there. <br />Mr. Samac said the only problem that comes up is that sometimes they leave their barber pole <br />light on beyond their hours of operation. <br />Dr. Parker questioned how many people they can have working there--he believes the original <br />ordinance showed limitations. He has seen many cars there at one time and is questioning it <br />because it says he can have only two employees. <br />Mr. Samae said according to the ordinance they are only supposed to have two employees. <br />There are other people working in the building. <br />Mr. Diemert said he prepared this legislation to read the same as the original legislation.
